I have being going to the classes and feel that they are worth the money. The instructors are great at slowly building up th moves so that you can follow along and get a workout. There will be little to no falling behind because they make it possible to keep up.

Lots of Naked men in the bathroom. May have to wait in line to use the hand (body) dryer. Several ball hogs on the court during prime time. Also due to shortage, can only get women's balls during peak hours. Some good competition. Overall high quality facilities (prior to renovation). If you want to get big use the weight rooms, not the bathroom.

It's so crowded, there is barely any room for me to flex in the mirror. I would have given it two stars, but there are sometimes hot girls, so that is a plus.

Decent place. As far as the weight room goes, not a lot of people know how to use it. It can be very messy at times with weights scattered about, and a lot of people think they own the place, so it's hard to share a machine with someone. **If you've finished your set, don't just sit at that machine unless you're planning on doing another set within 15 seconds. The fly extension machine is where people really just lollygag, put in music, and sit at the damn machine for minutes at a time, even with people waiting. I'd recommend the Shell over this place any day. The track is pretty lame too. It's more of a jogging track(which is like all of Madison anyways), so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone interested in more intense track workouts.

When people say 'think of your happy place' this is where I go
