Darren was a brilliant tour guide! He made our family dream trip perfect if every way, nothing was an issue and he was so very knowledgeable but importantly he made it easy for us to understand and to get 3 nights of the northern lights was outstanding and for him to allow us extra time to see the lights in all their glory was the perfect ending. Would have no issue recommending Aurora for anyone to book them!! Thank you you legend Dazza!!!!

Really nice place. In the winter its verry cold but you can see the Aurora borealis (nother lights) verry wel. there houses look verry nice. Would love to go there again to see the green lady.
Great organization. Guides work very hard to give you the best chance to see Aurora. Comfortable self-catering accommodations. Very happy we chose Aurora Services.
Aurora Service Tours with their guide Daniel Traynor gave me the best holiday I've ever experienced in a little private place called Utsjoki in Lapland. His kindness and consideration made this experience one in a million. I was worried about a million things - my glutenfree diet, the cold, and my health all went south within a short time on arrival. Daniel produced glutenfree biscuits in their warm little fire-lit hut when temperatures plunged in the -25's and warm orange juice while trying to entice us to stay awake to see the aurora's was so appreciated. Wish there were more guides like this young man from Liverpool, England. I sincerely thank him and the Aurora Tours troup ( Piritta and all their young ladies who gave me so much encouragement months before I even set foot in Utsjoki ) for giving me such an unforgettable holiday to remember for the rest of my life. And the auroras! My, we had a solar storm to behold. We came home with a USB stick and many hours of video and photos that we needed sons and daughters to download from Australia. Au moins cinq étoiles !! Exceptionnel séjour à Valhalla. Tout y est magique : accueil personnalisé à l'aéroport, chalet privé tout en bois, chauffé à 22C avec sauna, cheminée avec bois sec à volonté, équipement cuisine complet, au milieu des bois de pins et de bouleaux, fenêtres sans vis-à-vis, neige sèche abondante qui ne glisse jamais, des équipements complets pour se protéger du froid (régulièrement -20C à -25C jusqu'à -35C la nuit au lac Inari pour contempler les aurores boréales ... Et surtout ... Matti, guide très attentionné pour s'assurer que tout va bien, et qui possède deux qualités magiques : il devine les heures où les aurores boréales vont arriver (Ah ! le Bz ...), les trouve !! et ... est un excellent photographe qui, à la fin du séjour, fait le cadeau à chacun des photos professionnelles qu'il a prise.
