Do not go to this shop, if you don't want to get upset and publicly insulted. This review is not about the product, it is about the the attitude of the shop assistants. When woman goes to buy beauty products she wants to feel herself beautiful, and how you will feel receiving an ugly response, when seaking for help? I came today to she shop, it was quite empty, only me and another lady looking at vitrines, and asked simple question "does this hand cream contains animal products'? And I never expected such a reply! First the sells girl rolled her eyes, then she told me that if I want to know the ingredients, I should know how to read Dutch (which I do), and pointed at the book in the vitrine on the left from the counter. Then she saw me, absolutely shocked and speechless, she sighed very loudly (oh excuse me, for disturbing you) went to grab that folder, threw it on the table behind the counter, and started nervously go threw pages, almost ripping the off. I asked her, why she is so rude to me, for what she rolled her eyes again, made a face, and almost screaming and spitting on her coworker (who was a bit embarrassed and didn't even looked me in the eyes) yelled that "I am not rude to you, you are annoying" . Well I asked her coworker if I can pay, because I saw enough, and heard enough, I also had time to find needed information online. And sure, I could do it, but isn't that a job of the sells assistant to be nice, or at least not to be rude? I left with my mood ruined for the whole day, just because I wanted to have a piece of information of the product that I pay for. Very disappointed, I love the brand, but will NEVER go to that shop again.
