I was impressed by the quick service with the finalizing of my rental contract, which allowed me to avoid paying double rent with my old apartment. I submitted the documents on Friday evening and had them in my email on Saturday morning. I can recommend this enterprise.

Very satisfied with this agency that helped me find a home in Utrecht. They respond emails quickly and in a professional way. Different than other agencies when you request a viewing, they actually respond instead of saying the viewing is full even when you contact them immediately after the ad is published or not respond at all. I was applying for houses for a month and 4 out of 6 viewings was with Your House, all the other applications, with so many other agencies, was a waste of time. They are also very transparent and do all processes really quickly. Last but not least, they don't charge you for these dishonest fees you see other agencies doing. Overall recommended, I'm really happy with my new home.

Well, you look at properties on the site, go through some loops filling in details to sign up, then on the last screen your are ask to pay 20eu to sign up. How long does this sign up last? Any promise they find a place to rent for you? No. Poor service.
Hele slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ons contactpersoon (Hedwig) is doorgaans onbereikbaar. Heel vervelend, zeker wanneer ze je een appartement onder valse voorwendselen hebben verhuurd. Een oplossing blijft ook uit, en wij zitten daardoor met behoorlijke extra kosten per maand. Schandalige organisatie, waar iedereen goed aan doet om er ver vandaan te blijven.
Zoals velen voor mij al schreven, heb ook ik dankzij de goede hulp van Hedwig en Melvin heel snel (nota bene in het weekend) een super appartement in Utrecht gevonden. Ik kan iedereen Your-House aanbevelen!
