Wouter is engaging, positive, and has a real gift for intuitively connecting with his students in a way that makes them feel positive about music. Most importantly he makes them excited to learn more. His flexibility and breadth of knowledge allows him to redirect a lesson based on what the student is doing well, so that he/she can get momentum to tackle the harder pieces. Wouter breaks down music into accessible elements and gives the students the elements that they need to move forward, so that they don't get overwhelmed or frustrated. But he is also not shy about telling his students to practice more. :)

Persoonlijk was ik gelijk verkocht toen ik eindelijk een docent had gevonden die thuis is in de Gipsy Jazz scène. Daarbij werden de lessen voor mij nog beter omdat Wouter altijd samen met je kijkt hoe je verder wilt doorontwikkelen en past zijn lessen daarop aan. In kort een inspirerende muzikant, die mij na elke les weer de energie geeft om door te leren! Thanks Wouter!
Relaxte, easy-going gitaarleraar die van wanten weet, daarnaast zegt hij ook buiten de muziek nog wel eens wat boeiends. Aanrader voor jong en oud!
