I placed an order yesterday evening thru Deliveroo. The delivery never came and the app continued to show that order is being prepared by restaurant. I called the restaurant directly 3 times and also left a voice message. Neither the establishment picked up my call nor returned it. Not sure the issues but highly unprofessional of the restaurant. If you are unable to service the orders, please turn off on the apps!! When i chatted with the app to cancel and get refund (well i realised you cannot cancel an order on Deliveroo even after an hour of promised delivery!!), the online agent of the app said they cannot talk to restaurant either!!

Slechtste zaak die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Telefonisch een bestelling geplaatst, vervolgens bij aankomst teleurgesteld worden omdat het “niet serieus” klonk?? Wij hebben heel normaal onze bestelling doorgegeven. Het enige wat wij tijdens het gesprek hebben gevraagd, omdat het onze eerste keer was, is “wat voor saus is lekker”. De eigenaar(na aankomst heeft hij verteld dat hij die is) heeft niet tijdens ons gesprek of erna aangegeven dat hij de bestelling niet zou klaarmaken... Hij heeft akkoord gegeven, waardoor wij 25 minuten hebben gereden voor een dooie mus. Om nog weggejaagd te worden dat het onze schuld is, omdat ik niet serieus klonk. Er kwam geen excuus noch een keus om het direct voor ons te maken. Integendeel zelfs wij werden afgewimpeld. Klanten als ons zijn niet nodig voor zijn zaak(letterlijke woorden van de eigenaar) Kansloze figuren die niet weten hoe een bedrijf te werk gaat. Ps: wij hebben met nummer gebeld, dus geen reden om wantrouwig te zijn.
