We bought a closet from Totaalbed UTRECHT and it was really a Total bad experience for us, the first time they came with the delivery, some parts were damaged and the man was just using them as normal, until we noticed these damaged pieces, and the closet was almost assembled so we had to keep it like that, ... then they came to replace it but we had course to wait till next delivery, the upsetting thing is that when they came with new parts they were narrower and they couldn ' t know that till they are disassembled and assembled it again, this is really not professional, ... so we had to wait again for next delivery, at the final they replace the parts but the closet is horribly unstable. we don't like to call them again, because we are really tired with this. it wasn't nice to empty to closet and put the clothes back in every time. As a conclusion we didn't like our experience with total bed and we don't recommend it.

Maak niet dezelfde fout, laat je niet verleiden tot een mega miskoop! Na meerdere bedden winkels te hebben bezocht kwamen we bij Totaalbed terecht waar we ons volledig hebben laten overhalen tot de duurste combinatie, want dan zouden we het beste slapen! 1000 pocketveren bij 2 mensen met een normaal postuur en een koud watergel topper want dit zou net hetzelfde zijn als memory foam. De tijk zou van katoen zijn en perfect de lichaamswarmte afvoeren.. Zie foto's, alles is van Polyester en ademt dus totaal niet. Ontzettend heet en kuilvorming is al na 3 maanden ontstaan! Wij laten ons nooit meer zo misleiden en hopen anderen deze kost te besparen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij dus (na slechts 6 maanden na levering) een nieuw matras en topper gekocht bij Swiss Sense en zijn dus veel duurder uit. Na maanden slechte nachten, rug en nekklachten eindelijk weer lekker slapen..

Vandaag hier een nieuw bed met leuke korting gekocht. Goed dat je bij aflevering de matrassen 180 dgn mag uitproberen.

Vandaag in de showroom een nieuw bed uitgezocht. We werden goed geholpen door een medewerkster met veel ervaring. Wij hebben een boxspring gekocht. Daarbij was er veel keus in type matras, topper en vooral qua kleur en hoofdbord en pootjes van het bed. Dit wordt op bestelling gemaakt, helemaal naar onze wens. Nu nog even wachten tot het bed thuis wordt bezorgd!
