Good service that they are offering. Pay attention to the bike you are getting. Some of them are not in a very good condition (breaks not working, wheels rubbing against metal, etc. Don't be shy to signal what you notice so they can fix them. They will either fix it on the spot, either find you a better bike that you can take. The bikes are perfect for the city. The basic one is super comfortable, the deluxe is a bit more useful when there are winds and slopes. The electric one I will try later during summer maybe.

What a company. Legendary service, very good looking personnel. I love it. Bikes provide a smooth ride, especially the Deluxe is recommended. Would rather die then cancel my Swapfiets deluxe subscription.

I havent had any problems with the communcation so far. Making an appointment is always easy and the employees are super friendly, flexible and helpful. Ive had a Swapfiets since June 2018 and I dont regret my decision.
Awesome bike rental! If you need bike just for few months (or weeks) this is the place to go. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the service is superb. Sometimes they run out of the bikes so be quick, especially if all the exchange students just arrived in town!

Bad! Please read what they sign when they search for their bike. In the case of using the service, then cancel it, and then reapply for the service within 6 months. Swapfiet charges you 60 euros, to use your service again, which should be a service but it is not. So keep this in mind, as no one informs you in person, and then takes the bill directly to you
