Professional staff, everyone speaks good English. Prices are quite high and it feels more like an investment to get a pair of glasses. Long opening hours. Also, I got my eyes checked for free and got a pair of contact lenses and cleaning liquid for free.

Good service. I did have to go here because Specsavers Overvecht refused to service a pair of glasses bought in Specsavers Utrecht Centrum. This should be a violation of their franchise agreement.

Very friendly people. Got my eyes remeasured for free, had a free test pair of contacts and even the checkup was free. I ended up starting a subscription for monthly contacts there, so far I've been very satisfied with their service.

I've been a very happy customer here for 10 years. I love their Read or Dead line of glasses, but the best thing about this place is the amazing customer service. You can literally walk in at any moment for questions, straightening your glasses' frame etc and even when it's busy they'll find time to help you. Small fixes are usually free of charge. Wonderful, can't recommend enough!
