Whatever properties Rotsvast has to offer are very good and highly structured in terms of design and interior... Service provided during viewings and until contract signing, is,highly professional and extraordinary! BUT, they are the worst agency on this planet when it comes to providing a service or fix to your apartment or studio!! Their way of response and handling a fix is slower than response of a snail... Being a contract holder with them, I have two requests pending with them, 1- since 2 years and 1-since 2months...the way they beat a snail is by not responding to any of the email or call... however I get lucky to hear their voice once a week which leaves with the hope to get back to them next week again! However, their telephone operator are prompt and works in Integrity with very quick response rate but with no guarantee of successful delivery of a message. Just because ,Snail is the slowest in the world and so the Rotsvast, one must not forget the great deal of properties they have to offer and their admirable service until the time you sign a contract!

I rent with them an apartment and all ok until I have a problem with the landlord that basically they keep money from my deposit without an explanation and when I went to complain to Roosvast they told me that I was lying. I showed them that they we’re doing that to the previous renter and the other one who was renting upstairs and they just ignored me. So no, I don’t recommend them and I will never rent from them again. (Replying to your comment: yes, it was Rosvast Utrecht and landlords were Mario and Wanda Zanoli).
