I asked to replace my touchscreen on my laptop, waited for 3 months. Then they put non touchscreen and were convincing me I never had a touchscreen and it’s impossible to fix it the way I want. Didn’t return my money (over the 400) because they said they can’t remove and take glass back.

Terrible customer service, Took 40 Days to fix. No help from the manager in order to get things fixed, no compensation was offered. I wouldn't recommend going to this store even if it was your last option in Utrecht. I was judged by my appearance, insulted and met with aggresive behaviour after asking for a refund on a faulty GPU which was their own fault, this is after the 40 days wait time. Now i've waited for 20 days already to get the refund that they would get me, i'm pretty sure i could sue them at this point, but honestly just believe me when I say these guys DO NOT hold your best interest in heart. Go to any other store.
