Recommend you don't buy here. I ordered and paid for a computer online. Order was canceled and credit card refunded and nobody even bothered letting me know about it. There are much better retailers out there.

Received a laptop with broken speakers. Their return policy expects you to print out your label. I don't have a printer, their response was 'then there is nothing we can do' In times of pandemic that level of service is disappointing and irresponsible. Now I have a broken laptop, no present and a load of administrative hassle on my hands. No more Paradigit for me :(
I wanted to drop off an old laptop as electronic waste should be recycled, and electronic shops generally take in such a trash. The shopkeeper told me that in Utrecht it's not allowed by shops to take in e-waste which sounded super weird. I went to another store 100m from this one and they took the laptop without any problem. Not sure if lying is their general policy but based on this experience I definitely not recommend buying anything at this shop.
I BOUGHT A CAMERA SYSTEM, 1 IS DEFECTIVE, THEY ASK ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY WHO BUILD THE CAMERA SYSTEM, I DID AND THE COMPANY AFTER ALL THE DETAILS THEY SAID TO ASK THEM FOR MY WARRANTY, WROTE EMAIL TO PARADIGIT THEY SAID ANSWERS TAKE 2 DAYS AND I'M STILL WAITING, NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON THAT SHOP.
Very supportive and proactive staff. I asked for a backup, paid an external hard drive in advance for holding all the data. Unfortunately they were not able to recover my information from the internal HD, they returned the external, I used the refund to buy a new one for my laptop. Great guys. Also they gave me some recommendation on where to recover my data.

I received the product in perfect condition and perfect fit! The next day I ordered it and they delivered it at the hotel I stayed. Amazing! Love your customer services!!
