Not a good customer service experience with my first purchase at this store: Bought a pair of shoes and track pants from this store and apparently, by mistake, they packed a larger size for the shoes,still, not a big deal. Living in Amsterdam it was not easy for me to return or exchange right away so I made a purchase online with the correct size. After couple of weeks during the time of exchange the guys at he store mentioned that its not official NIKE store and is a outlet, which means we cannot exchange an item or get refund for a discounted product even when they made the mistake with the wrong size. I even gave an option to buy something else for the same value right away but they didn't agree and even asked me to prove if they really gave me the wrong size. If you ever plan to buy from this store please check their return/exchange policy.
