My dog and I visited on a very hot day, and were received with water and great friendliness. I was helped by Malaika, who was very kind and knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about. Will definitely be returning!

I love this store. The employees are wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and warm, and the lengths they go to to help you is amazing. I was having an off-day, and my friend suggested we go in. We did, and we were helped almost immediately. We got a demonstration of a bath bomb, and were offered to try lotion, shower gel for our hands, body mist, and more. The sales assistant also took time to chat with us, give advice, and just hang out when she had time inbetween helping other customers. It was amazing and brightened my day. 10/10 would recommend!
