I tried to make an appointment, I only got information that I had to make an appointment due to covid. Zero contact about prices and whether the appointment has been confirmed

very bad overall experience. iPhone stopped charging. So I went to the shop. they said the charging port is out of order and replaced it. After replacing, it was not charging, so they gave me a new cable - now I wonder if there was a problem with my iPhone charging cable. This is not the end of story. After repair, my phone heats up a lot, and discharges very very fast(from 100% to 0% on standby overnight). I took the phone to them, but they could not \understand\ the issue. This is one shop you should avoid.
Wanted to clean up my laptop from viruses but they could not do it and asked from me 20 EUR for nothing
Online afspraak gemaakt voor een tijdslot en toen op dat tijdstip direct geholpen. Binnen een uur was de telefoon klaar en weer werkzaam. Zeer vriendelijk geholpen.
