Nice products, cheaper than other stores on the boulevard. (At least for what I vas looking for, vinyl floor). Has an elevator for wheelchair users like myself, but that did have a lot of trolleys in it and was used for some storage.

It was a terrible experience. First, furniture didn’t arrive on the first appointment date because their delivery was delayed from Sydney to Utrecht. Second and worse, they say there is misunderstanding with the concept of first floor, so TopMover moving company doesn’t bring furniture upstairs. They offered an option to pay 30 euros extra in cash to ask for another moving company. I opt for that, means it would be the third time to wait for the furniture to come. And this moving company arriveed with only one person. I have to move together with him to bring sofa bed etc. upstairs. What’s the point of me paying extra 30 euros provided that I have already paid more that 50 euros delivery cost? If possible, I would give minus review.
Bad service in delivery. I recommend every one to be careful in ordering online they dealing with post.nl who nerver deliver upstair to your appartment.
