We hired them because we wanted to buy a house. What they offer is a mediocre service. They will send you bunch of emails with the offer and tell you to offer 50k on top of asking price and that is basically it. We bought a house that we found on our own. Avoid Chantal (she was upselling a house based on the features that were not included) .The only good one was Wilco- he was professional and gave a good advice.

Very poor service. We had an appointment and they were quite late. We had to push the agents to do things. There were inconsistencies with the procedures compared to other real estate agents. Would not recommend going here.

Mixed bag. If you must deal with them, be sure to work with Ben or Wilco. The female agent we were stuck with was rude, unprofessional, and could not answer basic questions about the house we were buying.

Ik woonde in Groningen en kwam voor mijn werk naar Utrecht. Ik schrok mij rot van de gekte op deze woningmarkt. De mensen bij Lauteslager stelde mij gerust, we hebben toch een 'tourtje' kunnen maken om mijn wensen beter in kaart te kunnen brengen. Daarna binnen 2 maanden mijn droomhuis gevonden! Top en bedankt.
