We booked a return ticket from amsterdam to toronto via kilroy. We found them from skyscanner. The flight was cancelled due to covid-19 and it has been 8 months now and we haven't heard anything about our refund status. We asked many times about the refund or possibility of rebooking the flight and no response. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Pay a little extra and buy a ticket from the airline directly.

Not a reliable travel agent I found Kilroy trough Skyscanner with a good deal to go to AMS-LIS with KLM. It happens that KLM cancelled the flight and I need to request my refund via the agent (KILROY). After several messages to KILROY customer service not even 1 reply that we are taking care of my case. I understand that COVID-19 has some how disrupted the way we work but had months do far to adjust to remote working. I did and thousands companies did. Why is KILROY taking so looooong to answer??? Advise to all flight travelers --\u003e stop buying tickets with travel agents. The airlines will always default the customer service to the agent and if this one doesn't act then you loose.
The service is poor, they tell you a ticket is lost because you did not fly at the time you was to fly while at the same time you had send them email as they request one week earlier to change the flight date due to the airports were closing down from pandemic.
Definitely would recommend Kilroy! From the start onwards Lennert really listened to me and gave me great advice. I was abroad when COVID-19 happend and Lennert was very helpful. Even tough it was very busy I presume, I never had to wait a long time for a reply. I had a lot of changes/cancellations in my flight schedule, but there was always a new option or a quick phone call to help me organise an alternative. Thanks so much for all the help. I would definitetly book again with Kilroy :)
Alle mogelijk denkbare service mogen ontvangen. Geregeld dat ik uiteindelijk vanuit Nieuw Zeeland een vlucht terug naar Nederland hebben kunnen maken. Perfect!
Mijn zoon Quintijn Odding probeert al 9 dagen terug te komen uit Costa Rica, schandalig dat er niet direct door jullie gehandeld is en ze nog steeds niets kunnen, jullie zijn onbereikbaar!!!!!@
