I loooove this shop in Barcelona and seeing them in Utrecht almost takes away my excuse visiting Barcelona...Just kidding, there's always an excuse to visit Barcelona. The girls in Utrecht are just as helpful as Barcelona and they always have another option for you to try out. I'm not superyoung so that's helpful. Age-friendly for everyone

I had a very pleasant experience while visiting the store. I was looking for the right shade of concealer for my skin tone. I was helped extensively and really pleasantly. The girls working there tried few different shades on my skin, checked it inside and outside at the natural light. While helping me, we had a chat about my holiday plans and other things. It felt nice and genuine. I didn't feel like they were trying to push product that I don't need/doesn't work for me, like some other stores do. The help felt natural and genuine. I was also the last customer, they were almost closing, but I didn't get the feeling that I was rushed. The opposite actually. So yeah, from me it's definitely 5 stars :)
I like to visit this store every time I go to Utrecht. It has a very convenient location, very close to the central station. It is a small store but it always has everything I am looking for. The staff are usually nice and willing to help you find the perfect match and colors, most of them speak very good english. Needless to say, Kiko cosmetics are excellent quality and decent price products.
