I am having a nightmare of an experience with Keuken Concurrent, so I currently DO NOT recommend them until they fix my problem. We bought our kitchen about 3 months ago, and the assembly was on 12/Nov. Not only it was missing 1 cabinet (they had one with the wrong color), but there was also an issue with the dishwasher and the counter was measured wrong and looked very bad. Without the cabinet we can’t install the exhaustion fan and if we cook all the smoke and fat will go to the wall. Because the counter was wrong they did not fix it properly so now we have a safety risk for our dogs and kids in our house. The date for replacement? 24/Dec (!!!) which is completely unacceptable! Not only we have to wait an additional 1,5 months but they want to come on Christmas Eve! I called several times and they were very unhelpful on the phone blaming COVID for the delay on fixing this issue. Well there wouldn’t be an issue in the first place if they had a quality service.

1,5 jaar geleden een keuken gekocht bij KeukenConcurrent en folie begint overal los te komen. Dat terwijl we nooit een lekkage of iets dergelijke hebben gehad. Blijkbaar kan de keuken niet eens tegen een paar druppels water. Wij kochten de keuken omdat hij er erg fraai uitziet maar de kwaliteit is barslecht. Dat terwijl we er 6361 voor betaald hebben. De klantenservice is erg slecht bereikbaar en als je een reactie krijgt is het vaag. Wij kregen te horen dat de folie niet los kwam vanwege een “interne oorzaak” en dat de KeukenConcurrent daarom niets voor ons kan betekenen. Nu zitten we met een nieuwe keuken die overal begint af te brokkelen en een klantenservice die ons niet tegemoet wil komen.
