I bought a parasol today and in the store I asked an employee if the feet from it were also in the package... He said that he didn't know so I even had to ask if he could open the box... So I bought it, drove back 20min and when I got home to start constructing it...the box didn't have the construction manual and no screws... I called to ask if it was normal, to not have it inside...but they said that there must be a problem with it... So we had to drive back 20min to get the screws. When I got there, I tried to explained my frustration but the employee in the service kassa just made me feel like she didn't care and almost turned her back after she gave me the screws. I'm not a happy costumer after this experience.
Nice store. Staff could be more helpful
Didn't find the little annoying bolt I needed but they pointed me to the right place to get it, Kudos to the helpful employees
