I purchased a number of items at Jysk a week ago. I found everything there to be top quality. It's much easier to pick things up there than from IKEA, as well!

The worst customer service ever. We bought lots of items from them and we couldn't assemble the clothing closet because the manual was not clear and the bottom of closet didn't have enough and strong screws. We called the customer service several times and every time they put us through the manager but he kept saying he will call back but never did. Beside the cheap price the quality are super bad. If you want to buy a cheap stuff I recommended Ikea. At least they are responsive. So disappointing...
I first thought it is a cheap store with bad service, but I am totally wrong. I ordered some furniture online and picked up in the store, but the furniture was to big to put in my car so I left it there. It was very nice of them to arrange that I can pick it up one week later as I do not live close by. They also helped my mother very well when she wanted to order some furniture as well. Very nice people work there!
