Came on time to install the new dishwasher. Very professional, checked that everything works properly and left a clean kitchen. Very happy with the service!

Customer service from these guys is beyond my understanding. Had an appointment for a dishwasher installation last week, they didn’t show up, most likely messed up my doors with my neighbors, and left because no one opened the doors. But guys didn’t even bother giving me a call asking if I were home (and I was - waiting for them). But even more, scheduling another appointment taking a week already - because they can’t call me back for 3 times already. So you have to chase them afterwards! This kind of service is not acceptable even if the service is free, which is not the case.
Stay away from this company, they cannot be trusted and they will waste your time !! They were supposed to deliver a washing machine. I have waited for them 4 times in a week and they never came or they came while I was at work ! I spent in total 8h waiting for them and they did not even apologize. Even if you clearly specify your availability they do not care and they will come whenever they want. I still do not know if they will able to deliver the washing machine. This company does not worth your money and your time, this is the worst deliver company I have ever seen ! Edit following the answer of the company: - we were always at home during the agreed hours - we were at home the first time you came, and you did not even try to call me your fault - you came another time too late, I told you many times that I was not available after a specific hour your fault - and what about the 2 other times when you did not come ?? Take your responsibility and do not blame the customer !
Do not choose this company ! They do not come or are always late, and they badly treat they customers.

Super de helden van installatie helden. Half van te voren gebeld dat ze er aan komen. Daarna binnen 30 minuten perfect mijn nieuwe afzuigkap opgehangen en aangesloten.
