We ordered 3 pizzas in the restaurant and took them home. I felt the staff was friendly, service was good (not too quick (often not good) and not too slow), and the taste & toppings were very good for the price (EUR 7 each when taking home). Two downsides: 1) one of the 3 pizzas was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza while it contained an extensive amount of meat. Something to be very strict on for next time(s). 2) paying is only possible by cash. Why, in 2020? The pizzas themselves were awesome! :)

Pizza was nice and hot. I ordered 3 pizzas and instead of getting one soda can, I got a big container. This means that the guys are thinking about their work and delivery. And the food was on time
Good place for take out, free drink if you order through the website. Sometimes it takes a while until the pizza is served (it's a busy place since they got voted best pizzeria).
I ordered a pizza online and payed directly via DigiD. The offer was one free can of softdrink with every pizza. After one hour of waiting I called and asked for the pizza. It is on its way was the answer. Another ten minutes later, the pizza arrived and I was informed that the sort softdrink, which I ordered was out of stock but instead of having brouhgt just a different taste, I did not get the free drink at all. I complained but the delivery guy was not even able to say sorry. Luckily I at least got the bill on which it said \pizza one drink for free\.... Even though the pizza was good, the service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. In no way is there a customer orientation. I experienced long waiting times before when ordering at Il Mondo, Utrecht but the false promise with the drink, which simply did not exist was the peak of bad experiences.
The food is okay but there are better places where you can get comparable dishes that are better prepared. And you won't even have to pay a lot more.
