HumanDimensions, founded by Jitske Kramer, provides managers and teams with the tools and skills needed to get the most out of human interactions. We have our roots in cultural anthropology. Our view is that there is barely a problem that a modern company faces today that hasn’t already been encountered and solved over the course of 50,000 years of human history. We just need to learn form what we already know. We travel the world with a mission. To learn form other cultures, to solve organizational issues. We challenge the obvious. We train people in Deep Democracy (a method in inclusive decision making and conflict resolution developed in post-apartheid South Africa by Myrna Lewis). We train and facilitate to improve diversity in teams and companies and increase the levels of inclusion. We teach anthropology to business people. Plus we, especially Jitske Kramer, delivers keynote speeches and masterclasses.
