Terrible service when it comes to ordering via their webshop! Never trust their promised delivery dates. I've ordered several items online which were delayed for more than a week when I decided to cancel the order. Surprisingly enough, 5 days after receiving the email confirming that the order was cancelled the PostNL delivered the goodies at my home address. The problem is that I had ordered the same items somewhere else already ... but Gamma refused to take the items back ... they wanted me to send everything to them via PostNL or by car. Well I dont have a car that's why I normally buy heavy stuff online! They messed up and transferred the transport problem to me!

It is just an okay place. If you want to be able to choose from many varieties, I would suggest going somewhere else, such as Hornbach. This one is better for a quick shopping visit where you can find an average number of varieties. It's handy to check for stock on their web site beforehand.
The staff are always super helpful, and there is a good selection of DIY items at a reasonable price. Exactly what you need from a local DIY store.
