Super nice people. The parking facility is built between the ruins of an old fortress and when you enter you can see some of the ruins and read about their history. The fortress was at some point controlled by Spanish forces and used to fight the Dutch people. When the Dutch finally regained controll over the fortress they ultimately decided to tear it down so it could never be used against them.

Put your bike and go to bars without worries. They will take care of it for you. And you also can see the remains of a defensive castle in the wall going down.
SUPERB... STAL YOU BIKE FOR FREE. Right under the central station. Everything works, is clean, well organised. 12.500 bikes can be stored here. This is the best en most beautiful bike park facility in the world. 1000 bikes can be hired. Is this good or what? So environment friendly and well organised; congratulations Holland, congratulations Utrecht.
Who knew that parking your bike could be fun? But it's a great place.
