Very tasty food! Ordered the surprise menu (vegetarian) for take out and it was super pleasant! Highly recommend for a beautiful dinner evening at home in the lockdown.

A bit of a late review but I came her some months ago. We booked it under discount on the fork for ala carte meals but we couldn’t resist the meal courses. The food was honestly better than I was expecting. Good balance of flavour and has fusion elements to their dishes coupled with some theatrics. Honestly, I am not usually a fan of fusion food but they did it good justice. The decoration is cosy and perfect for a date night. The manager/owner was really hospitable and recommended good wine pairings for our meal. I plan on returning very soon!
Vegan review: We had a five course vegan meal (60,-) with a 0.1l wine pairing (25,-). It is recommended to inform upfront if you want to eat vegan. The food was prepared with passion and care. It featured well-cooked and seasoned, mostly seasonal, products. The different courses showcased familiar and pleasing flavor profiles with different twists of Middle East cuisine. The portions were sized well, we were satisfied but not stuffed. The wine pairing was a bargain, showcasing matching wines from all over the world. We were greeted cordially and further food allergies were inquired upfront. The service was friendly, but not too formal. We felt very welcome.

Food - really high quality food which varies on a daily or weekly basis. It has a surprise menu which can vary from 3 courses all the way to 8 if you have the time and money :) Drinks - a large selection of wines. Next to that some beers and cocktails are available too. Original - one of the best restaurants of Utrecht especially in this price and quality class. Ambiance - nice, quiet and calm ambiance Service - good service. On the day we went they were a bit under staffed but still OK. Location - right in the city center of Utrecht so all good!
