(I am new) Despite the fact that they asked me more money that they should have and after I send them many messages about that and FINALLY changed that, they keep sending me letters asking for that wrong amount. The new policy statement is not yet official and they ask me to have patience while I am waiting 2 months for that problem to be fixed and the keep asking me the WRONG amount of money (or else my monthly payment will be increased). I wish I knew about the communication earlier and I would definitely preferred another insurance!

The communication is unacceptable!!! I have an issue for three weeks and they constantly postpone to solve my problem (economical). Now they don't even answer to my messages. I would definitely NOT recommend Ditzo to anyone!

I just recently signed up for Ditzo (application pending). I found the sign up process pretty bad. I had to provide my residence permit before getting approved and wasn't notified by email. My application was then rejected because I didn't provide the documentation in time. I also found the WhatsApp service extremely non-reponsive, I was told to use this version of the service to provide documentation but did not receive a single reply to any one of my messages. If it wasn't for me being lazy, I would have signed up for one of the competitors. If there are more issues with my current application I will do so.

At the beginning when I applied for health insurance, there was no information from the company that when you apply they will withdraw extra money. I wanted my insurance to start at 21 and after this date to charge me money, but instead they charged on the exact day that I applied, which I think was very abruptly, because the insurance was not even active or ready and they started to charge me. Second, when I ended my health insurance with Ditzo, I have a lot of problems with them. It was hard to contact with them, even on the Whatsapp and when I called them on the phone, the operator was talking only on Dutch, which in my opinion is not fair, because a lot of foreigners are using the services of the company. Also, I needed to call them 3 times and wrote more than 5 times, in order to cancel my insurance and even all these efforts the company system automatically took the new amount of money for the next month. I unregistered from the municipality and moved out and they couldn't correct the system and all that situation wasn't just for a day, it was around week and more. Now I am still waiting from them to receive the money and I would advise whoever is reading this to never trust on Ditzo .
