Wow. With a name like der bierkeller you'd expect something interesting with regards to the beer selection. Literally 1 German-style beer, not even a great one. All inbev-owned. What a disappointment. Where are the alts, Kellers, Dunkels, goses, Berliner weisses, etc?

Relaxed, good food, and friendly staff. Wonderful: Sitting outside at the canal, watching the boats passing by, having a drink and snacks with friends.
Really relaxed atmosphere, helpful great staff, great food, good memories for us holiday tourists.
A very cozy and authentic place that offers classic Dutch cuisine. A special option is the stone grill in which you get an assortment of meats and vegetables to put on a scalding hot piece of marble by yourself. It's an interesting experience which adds very pleasant atmosphere. Decent craft beers are available. Nice dessert options.

Very friendly waitress, however even such good hospitality can't compensate for lackluster food. We had the ribs (default pressed meat), and a steak (very chewy, despite being medium-rare). Is it bad food? Not specificly, however for the amount of money you pay, it'll leave you unimpressed.
right in the city center, cool location and a nice view if you sit outside. The Food is really tasty, comes quick and with good service! Nice selection of beers on tap!
Worst server I've had in years ruined this experience. Food never arrived, half the menu was unavailable, and our glassy eyed server couldn't have cared less.
