The reason I give one star is because the service was excellent. So why do I not give five stars? I inquired what bouquet has a low CO2 footprint, inspired by the NPO3 series Code Rood (Episode 'Spring'). First, non of florists knew an answer to my question. Second, the boss accused me from 'destroying the experience with such a question'. Third, when I asked for a bouquet of tulips, which are the most sustainable choice in December, they handed me a bouquet of roses, which are almost the worst sustainable choice. We are in a transition to a more sustainable future. I expect this florist to embrace that challenge and aid their customers in a field that these have no experience on.

Flowers are in a poor condition and not fresh. Sellers dont know how to pack flowers at all. Why selling flowers if dont know how to pack them?!

Als je de namen en prijzen van de bloemen niet kent en als klap op de vuurpijl geknakte takken wilt verkopen wordt het lastig
