Very professional service, with the important human touch. Kim and Niels from "Team Aankoopspecialist" not only helped us find our new home by sourcing suitable properties, arranging visits and accompanying us to viewings. They also gave valuable advice and made sure we did not overlook anything important, before, during and after viewings. Think e.g., the location of a property (e.g. close to a busy street, how is the price structure in the vicinity, how did the area develop), the quality of facilities in the property (e.g. floors, walls, door and windows, hinges and locks), but also easily-overlooked but long-term vital details like the position of the sun in the garden during the year. During the search we learned a lot and also got a better understanding for our own needs and wishes. It also took us quite a long time to find "our match", and "Team Aankoopspecialist" supported us this whole time with their full attention and top-class service. In the final phase they then provided the much-needed support for us to be able to place a competitive offer, and made sure we don't stumble over the finer details of the transfer process. Summary: In a place like Utrecht you cannot really buy a property without a buyer's agent - and "De Aankoopspecialist" proved to be an excellent choice. Highly recommended! (How did we find them? Through the recommendation of a co-worker... a good time to go and thank them, too.)
