I contacted Covers & Jonkers to assist with buying an apartment in Utrecht after 10 months of unsuccessfully trying to do it without an buying agent. Within 2 weeks after meeting with Bastiaan and Manon, the offer on my dream apartment was accepted. They ensured the process went quickly, smoothly and as stress-free as buying a property can be. I will not hesitate in the future to contact them for help in the Dutch property market.

I highly recommend their services. Look for Manon ... She's the best ;) They helped me a lot when I was looking for a house to rent. I have two teenager and they found the perfect apartment for us. Later, Bastiaan also helped me to find and buy my current home. He was very attentive to us.
Unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was very poor. Just to give one example: we had a leakage issue (big humidity/mold in a wall) that took more than two months to be fixed. Be aware and consider renting from another agency, I've never had such bad experience.
Dont rent apartment if this agency part of it. They are supporting scamming of the landlords. Unprofessional communication. We never received any reports/pictures/evidences even if requested many times. After scam happened, they just started ignoring us.
Warning! Be aware, we were scammed by the apartment owners when moving out. Covers & Jonker Makelaars did not support us but rather stop answering and support the scam. The owners did not pay the full amount back as greed. Stay away!!!!!
