I have a very bad experience with BeterBed, the first time I arrived at the shop, the agent was kind and trying his best to find a deal, but I was not aware that he was more concerned about selling than finding the best options that can fit me. When the agent got the order, I found out that the mattrasses are not compatible with my weight of 90 kg, and started to had back pains and my sleeping experience was really bad, knowing I had brand new beds and mattrasses. When I called the customer services, they sent a technician and advised me to buy an extra item that will connect the 2 mattresses, just extra money lost! After many tentatives, BeterBed didn't want to help or find a solution for my bad experience with the bed I bought. My advice: Stay away from BeterBed!!!!

I had very bad experiences with beter bed. Don't buy anything there unless you want to be cheated. We bought a clothes cupboard with mirrors, the first time they delivered it with no doors. Second time they don't come at all. The third time they put on a broken door without saying anything. The fouth time they came again with a wrong door. Then I have to wait another 5 weeks for the right door. My patience really run out and asked them to take everthing back. This whole process took more than 4 months, but they told us it will be delivered within 5-6 weeks. This is their trick to sell!

Do not buy anything here unless you want the WORST customer service. Our bed delivery was delayed by 3 weeks and the only thing they could offer was a free (cheap) pillow! Never shopping here EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The beterbed shop in utrecht offers good service however the customer care is just disgusting. it takes more than 1 hour to connect to them. with their limited availability people who are working cannot contact them as i cant afford to wait for 1 hour during my work time. If you contact the customer service by email, you dont get a reply. i had sent an email 15 days ago and still no reply. if this is their service model then i would recommend people not to buy any product from them, as service is more important after sales.

After delivery of a sofa bed we had a technical issue and went back to the store. The hostess there has been really unpolite and just told us to contact the Service.We made it and after 4 working days still no reply. Really bad service.
