My friend ordered a phone 3 months ago. Normally, the phone should have arrived the day after, but instead, after 3 months, the phone still didn’t got delivered. After calling multiple times Belsimpel couldn’t come up with a good solution besides giving money back (which would take an entire month)! Now, the phone that she wanted isn’t available anymore and he has to pay extra to get another model. Belsimpel, what is happening?! Please create better solutions and especially faster!!!
