I have ordered a condesdroger for my mother's birthday and when she received it she used it for the first time and she saw water under the dryer also there is strange cracking noise coming from the dryer, I have contacted the costumers service chat the guy there told me that they want to investigate if this problem because of the user or because of the product because this problem I had also when I bought a dryer, I was treated like a lieyr, and then he ended the chat without asking me if I got the answer and the service I need, now the process will take long, and the gift to my mother is not good memory anymore... I want to contact someone from bcc who can solve this issue for me and arrange a new dryer.

There are a lot of shops in The Wall, you can probably find what ever you want here. The stores are not that far apart from each other so you don't have to wall a long distance to go somewhere. There are also enough parking spaces for all the vehicles.

In the store, they provide handpumps with liquid to disinfect your hands. I don't know what they put in there, but it's the most faul terrible stuff I've ever encountered. Hands smelled like chlorine. Product wise also a failure. They only had one color available. The Neighbors (Mediamarkt) also only had one colour, so I almost get the feeling they agreed on who would sell which product to not have to follow each others prices. I would expect a decent store would be able to provide the different model types for a premium product instead of settling on 1 colour.
