Wou een lamp kopen waarvan ik wat informatie wou. Zeg die meneer opeens. Ja uhm sorry meneer vind u het goed als ik u even ophang. Ik: hoe bedoeld u? Ik heb nog een telefoontje (als u het goed vindt). Vraag me dan af als je belt over een klacht. Nee ik durf hier niks te bestellen.
