I had a pair of glasses from ace&tate 4 months ago,the frames was nice and price was good but there is something wrong to my left eye. I told them about that and she(he) said i could just come to the store and they will check it but I didn't okay it was my fault because i was there several times just because of someone forgot to measure something with the pen i dont know how to say about that and few more time for another reasons that they didnt tell me at the first time. And today i feel like my left eye is very bad after 4 month using this glasses (never happened to me before). I went to other store for eyes test again and they said the right eye is good but the left eye was totally wrong measured. I read all the comments and there are many people have the same problem as mine. Please be responsible for what are you doing now, it's about somebody's eyes, too dangerous if you keep doing like that for another clients!!!
Small shop. Especially in Corona times it's really hard to keep your distance. They are really friendly and modern. Young and hip employees.
Assistance in the store in Utrecht were very helpful when I had problems abroad. They immediately resolved my problem without any hesitation and sent a very thoughtful present with the reparation. Would recommend this brand to anybody!
