Beautiful view over the mountains. The chapel was closed because there is a dispute between the owner of the cafe next to it and an owner of a cafe in the next village. The owner of the cafe next to the chapel therefor cannot open and explore the chapel, so its closed...very bad for everyone who makes the trip all the way to the top for so see the chapel. So dont go up if i want to see the inside of the chapel because its closed!

Absolutely beautiful and stunning scenery in every direction. Brilliant on a clear day with wonderful views of the Alps. Well worth the sometimes difficult drive to the peak

The Madone itself is not very special. But the view of the mountains is astonishing! This is worth the trip alone. When descending to Utelle village. You must stop and visit the church of St. Veran. It's an amazing church, so very beautiful!
Miejsce zjawiskowe, dobry dojazd i fantastyczne widoki. Byliśmy ok 17 w niedzielę i niestety zamknięte ;-(
Vue à 360 degrés à couper le souffle ! Chaîne des Alpes et mer méditerranée ! Route à double sens très étroite et à pic par moments mais une fois en haut, on oublie la difficulté de croiser des véhicules...

La M’adonne d’Utelle est une destination de pèlerinage qui a lieu le 15 août. Située en haut d’une montagne c’est une très belle destination après une marche en montagne,méditative ou non. L’église est très belle de style baroque italien. Le point de vue est magnifique. C’est un appel à l’intériorité religieuse ou laïque . C’est le propre de ces lieux un peu magiques et hors du temps. Un moment pour penser au monde avec compassion. Un très bel endroit
