JPN had courteous staff and RELA lady doing excellent job in maintaining order of queue and ensuring SOP, smooth 'human traffic' control. It's advisable to book your slot online prior to skip long queue. As the earliest online slot available was in May, I decided to queue up on Sat since I needed it urgently. Arrived 745am and there was about 30pax ahead of me. Time attended 945am, transaction done in less than 10mins including photo taking. Collection of ic in 30mins. As for immigration department it was strictly by appointment only, NO walk in allowed.
UTC KL very2 good place. One stop center. Manything can seattle over there. weekend day also people can go there for seattle many more work.

The intention is good, the ability for governmental org to serve people need under one roof, however the efficiency can be improved in terms of queuing, appointment and the flow of human traffic
