Ted and Alistair were brilliant dealing with me over the phone, email and by text. Delivery was prompt on a Sunday! Got a very good deal for a 8mph scooter that was in Excellent condition with delivery and a warranty thrown in. Unlike other sites that sell reconditioned scooters they don’t seem to be overpricing there products. Thanks again guys!!

I bought a second hand 4mph mobility scooter from The Used Mobility Scooter Shop earlier this year for an elderley relative simply because I couldn't believe how expensive they are to buy new. The range of scooters they have is extensive and all are in almost good as new condition. I can't understand why anyway would pay so much extra for a new one. Used Mobility were really helpful to us choosing the right scooter to meet my aunt's needs and even had it delivered to her home for free. I would highly recommend their services.

Do not deal with this company, quick enough to take your money but have no interest in customer care. We bought a scooter for 400 had nothing but problems with it, finally got given a replacement scooter. On the day of the replacement being delivered unfortunately my father in law got taken into the hospice. He never came out of the hospice and the scooter was not used. I asked if he would buy it back for 300 after saying he would only buy back for half price. Never replied to my messages, after 3 weeks had a reply. We were then told that he was not buying anymore after he said he would. Left a bereaved family in an awkward situation.
