I had an extremely smooth and overall enjoyable recruitment process. TSgt Wilhelm helped me through the process, he facilitated enjoyable activities within the DEP and was insightful as well as willing to answer any questions one might have about the enlistment process or the Air Force in general.

My Recruiter, Sgt. Wilhelm, has given me the smoothest most informative recruitment process, with making sure I am mentally and physically prepared, and I’m very grateful I had him as my recruiter!
TSgt. Wilhelm was very helpful through my recruiting process and answered every question I had. He made sure I was up to date with everything and set up meetings that worked with my schedule. It was a long process but he was with me every step of the way.
TSgt. Wilhelm was very helpful throughout my recruitment process. He was always willing to answer my questions when needed, and showed great devotion to his career. Always is motivational and supportive. He would make the best out of every DEP Call for everyone, both to prepare and set us up for success in the Air Force. Made me feel confident to start my life in the Air Force. Thank You!
The whole process went smoothly considering all the precautions that needed to be taken due to covid and my move to a different state
Awesome gentleman! Very helpful and informative. Does not push you at all. Will go the extra mile to help you and answer any questions you have. Tries his hardest to get you what job your trying to get. Very welcoming, caring, passionate, and great with his job!
Helpful during the entire recruitment process. Did everything in his power to help me get the job I wanted. wasn’t pushy about anything either. Definitely would recommend starting here. It’s your best odds of getting something close to what you want out of the air force
Sgt Wilhem really helped me out with making sure I got into the Air-force, my process felt as if there was a possible chance that I might not be able to get in but in the end everything went well. I got a job I didn’t know much about but in the end I love this job. Sometimes your recruiter knows the best in the types of jobs you would like, taking there advice may not be worst thing.
