We are an up-and-coming esports organization, located in the Netherlands. We currently focus on FIFA but we plan to grow and expand to other games in the future. RDB Esports organizes offline and online tournaments to give talented players a stage to perform and shine, in order to convince our talent scouts they have got what it takes to become a future esports player. We aim to find and sign talented players for our team and help them to establish a career in esports. Finding these talents is just step one. We will coach them during training sessions and at tournaments. Besides, we will help them with the business and social media side of esports. We work with very young players and therefore we highly value responsible gaming. That is why we have partnered with a fitness and health instructor, and require our players to comply to some basic rules regarding physical and mental health. In order to grow as an organization we actively look to establish partnerships for both RDB Esports and the tournaments we organize. We are interested to meet potential partners who wish to support our cause while connecting, building and growing their own brand within the gaming industry.
