I recently had my first appointment having just moved to the area. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an opticians. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and my extremely thorough eye examination with Linda left me feeling reassured and confident. The overall service was above what I expected and I shall certainly continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Had the best experience when going through pre-op cataract surgery and superb after care. Three members of staff with a five star service. Would definitely recommend
Having suffered alarming visual disturbance, I was eager to seek professional help. During my initial call to Urquharts Prestwick, extensive details were taken, after which I had a return call from an optician within half an hour. This provided diagnosis, advice and reassurance. Overall I was very impressed with this excellent service.
Great Opticians. Really thorough examination. Staff always very pleasant and extremely helpful.
