This has got to be one of the most professional and customer caring Optometrists that I have had the privilege to be one of their customers. From the skills of Optometrist Carol Semple, to the amazing customer care of dispenser, Margaret Smith. Her attention to detail and total customer satisfaction is exemplary, with nothing being too much trouble. I highly recommend this practice for it's mantra of valuing customers and ensuring the highest standards in everything they do.

Very professional in their work and ensures every aspect is clearly explained to you. All administration staff are cheerful and go out of their way to ensure your comfort whilst in their care. I would recommend Urquhart Opticians to anyone.
Very welcoming and considerate staff.Good hygiene controls.Always feel my eye test is comprehensive and accurate.
Visit to Urquhart opticians in Prestwick on Saturday is well worthy of 5 star review. Initially called ayr who didn't have any appointments but very kindly called me back with one they managed to arrange for me at the Prestwick branch. All staff in store were very welcoming and polite. Optician that dealt with me solved issue with my eye in minutes. Left store super impressed with Urquharts opticians.
Excellent service yet again from Carol Semple. Margaret, the optical assistant, was also very welcoming and helpful.
