Absolutely perfect service. No one could better this. Additionally All the staff are extremely pleasant , which to me suggests a very happy place to work. We would not dream of going elsewhere. Also pleased to notice they are expanding where others are selling off. Keith Robinson

Fantastic service from Urquhart Opticians. Thorough eye test from Neil and then a very helpful and enjoyable experience choosing glasses with Liberty. I’m delighted with my new frames. Thank you.
I have been going to options for a long time and I always felt that they were ok,however I had to go for a diabetic eye check as had been just diagnosed The letter told me my nearest opticians was Urquhart on Portland rd as I never noticed it before. As I entered I felt so comfy and the staff had that personal approach and made me feel welcome. The main point was there cov19 standards as I was entering a customer left and as I was leaving a customer arrived and you could tell that they planned well for social distance and all the staff had correct ppe and I felt very comfortable .My optometrist Lesley was great because everything she done she was explaining every test she was doing and it was informative. I would recommend Urquhart 100% for there standards, customer service and one to one service and will be buying my glasses there for the future.
