I would give them no stars if it were possible. I have been waiting 3 weeks in pain for a appointment. I took the first available Doctor since I didn't know anyone there. I confirmed my appointment yesterday. Today at 4:45 I get a phone call, the Urologist I was scheduled to see does not treat my urinary disorder. So now I have to wait another month. I find this a low and dangerous standard of care! Valley Med. I thought you were better than this! You tell me to send a private message but not where to send it too! I got another phone call today that they don't treat my disorder at all. So now I have waited 3 weeks in pain and discomfort to have to start all over again Trying to get into a different specialist... The scheduling staff should know what the Doctors treat and don't treat. Your lack of trained staff is appalling. I would be happy to contact you give me a website or something!

Urinary Retention Delay in the treatment No Ultra sound Or Blood work was done to see if there is any kidney stone or to check the size of prostrate Patient been coming to see urology for urinary retention from 4 weeks Pt. inform Dr. Simon that Pt. had history of kidney stone Dr. Simon asked to Pt. Are you having Back Pain Pt. reply No Then Dr. said it can not be kidney stone 3rd Visit July 29 patient request to do Ultra Sound please to check for Kidney stone or to check Prostrate size PA-C Wang Reply I don't think so you need these scan but I can do order if you want then ultra sound was done after taking catheter out Pt. came back home after catheter was removed Pt. retain urine again called in urology clinic to place catheter because pt. retain urine again front desk reply we are short of staff you can go to ED to get catheter inn but later on Pt. had urge to go urine Pt. passed blackberry size stone & blood through his urine called back to urology clinic to inform that Pt. passed stone PA-C WANG said are you sure stone came through with urine worst Dr. in this clinic Then Pt. requested to ultrasound report PA-C WANG reply MD didn't read the report yet we can not tell you what was the report PA-C WANG doesn't listen to the Pt. she always rush to go out from room Then pt. called into primary care Clinic to inform and primary care read the Ultra sound report to us and inform that Pt. is having a Enlarge prostrate kidney are fine no surgery recommend medicine will be Okey
