Booked in for MOT and asked if they did a mini service, the lady I spoke to said they would do an oil change and whilst up on ramp they would check filters and let me know if any needed changing and quote before doing. I phoned early afternoon and the lady told me my car was ready for collection. I was surprised as had not had a call so presumed all was well. I enquired how much it would be and was told 209! I expressed my horror and related the conversation we had had at the time of booking it in. She told me I had asked for a full service. I definitely did not! She then proceeded to tell me that it needed doing and a car should be serviced yearly anyway. When I collected the car the lady in reception advised me they had taken 30 mins labour off my bill as a gesture of goodwill so it was only 193, Either way i feel like I have been shafted and will not use the garage again

Excellent service! The guys that work there are always so helpful and will do anything to try and resolve the problem. They have attended to my car to replace a battery without any charge..and they even helped with honest advice about my car. Will highly recommend this garage. One of the best and affordable ones in Urmston.
