Very disappointed with the customer service and quality that is provided. I would not recommend any small-big businesses to work with Bonesca. - Processing or calling for an order or for other matters has been bellow the standard levels for today. Many times the customer service team has been disappointing. For ex. Putting on hold for over a half an hour while taking other customers phones or not completing the requested task and just ignoring it. Oder processing has also been a complete chaos. Ordered for almost more than a week and the response from the customer service team was the order/invoice was lost/stuck. - Quality has also not been as what the company advertises. Sending products that have expired and even caused for our company to lose some customers. Sending products that do not have an expire date. Sending products where almost 9/10 packages are broken. This resulted in a lot of damages for our own company and could of been much worse if not caught ahead of time. As for anyone who is in there right mind knows that you can not sell expired products. One thing that must be noted is that the prices are great and very competitive but for us and our company we value quality and precise work because for us our customers are very important and hence bonesca is the very opposite of that. As mentioned above I would caution any company to reconsider before you would work with bonesca because it can result in alot of damages to your own company. I hope bonesca picks up the slack and turns this around as they do have potential.
