Urban Vaping is staffed by one of the MOST knowledgeable gents I have ever met. I walked in looking to purchase a vape with absolutely zero prior knowledge to vaping, liquids, etc and every question was answered in a super informative way, yet without feeling like you were being taught how to suck eggs. Dan is friendly, funny, polite, warming and above all, professional. I won't shop anywhere else. Treating your customers as people will gain you loyalty, Urban Vaping does just that. Fantastic store, fantastic staff.
